School Representative (Parent Liaison) - Florida Statute 1002.33 requires that each charter school’s governing board appoint a school representative to facilitate parental involvement with the school, provide access to school information, assist parents and others with questions and concerns about the school, and resolve disputes with the school. The representative must reside in the school district in which the charter school is located and may be a governing board member, a charter school employee, or an individual contracted to represent the governing board.

Registration Information
If your child will need to bring medication to school, please ensure that you have their doctor complete the Medical Authorization Form during the registration process. You can download the form using the file below.
Physician Authorization for Student Medication Form
Please complete a separate Physician Authorization for Student Medication Form for each medication received. Please see files below. All medications must be brought into the front office to be logged and signed in. All prescription medications must have a pharmacy label on them that match the physician’s orders. Please do not send medications with your child(ren).

Out of Field Teachers:
Pursuant to F.S. 1012.42, when a teacher is assigned teaching duties in a class dealing with subject matter that is outside the field in which the teacher is certified, outside the field that was the applicant’s minor field of study, or outside the field in which the applicant has demonstrated sufficient subject area expertise, as determined by school board policy JXC will notify parents. Each of the following teachers was selected for their mastery of content knowledge and teaching competence. They were selected, in many cases, over other individual applicants who were considered highly qualified as defined by the State of Florida. The following teachers are considered teaching out of field:
