Upper School Clubs
At Jacksonville Classical Academy, Upper School Clubs for students in grades 7–11 will meet during lunch or before school, providing a convenient and enriching opportunity to explore interests and build community. Clubs play an essential role in fostering leadership, creativity and camaraderie among students, allowing them to pursue passions beyond the classroom.
To kick off the year, the Upper School Club Fair will be held on Friday, August 22 during the school day. This is a time when students can learn about the variety of clubs offered and join clubs that are interested in being a part of. Regular club meetings will begin on Monday, August 25. We encourage all students to get involved and take advantage of the vibrant extracurricular life at JXC.

Yearbook Club
The Yearbook Club's goal is to document the school year's memorable moments. The club works to capture and preserve the school's spirit, ensuring that every memory, achievement, and milestone is recorded for the future. Members will explore their creativity as photographers, writers, and designers! The club collaborates to create a lasting record of the school, from capturing candid moments to designing page layouts.

The yearbook club is open to 7th-11th grade students and will meet on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30pm. The yearbook staff will also participate in a Fall and Spring bootcamp (dates TBD) to master skills such as editing, layout and design. By signing up for the yearbook club, your child is committing to the club for the entire school year (fall and spring semesters). There may also be additional assignments outside of the regular club meeting (covering athletic events, performances, etc.).

If you have any questions about the yearbook club, please email Ms. Tiffanie White at twhite@jacksonvilleclassical.org.
