Summer Camps

Welcome to Jacksonville Classical Academy Summer Camp!  Get ready for a season of educational adventures and endless fun at our exciting summer camps!  Designed for rising Kindergarten-6th grade students, our programs are led by Jacksonville Classical Academy staff members and promise a vibrant blend of learning, creativity and outdoor activities.

Registration Details

  • Camp registration will open to current JXC students (including preschoolers) and their siblings on Tuesday, January 16.  
  • Camp registration will open to the public on Thursday, February 1
  • All registration will be through My School Bucks.  Please note that if your student is not enrolled at the Riverside campus for the 2023-2024 school year you will proceed with the "Guest Check Out" option.
  • Spots are limited and registration will be first come, first serve.
  •  Payment must be made in full upon registration.
  • If a student withdraws from a camp before March 1, a full refund will be given. If a student withdraws from a camp after March 1, a 50% refund will be given. No refunds will be given after June 1. 

Camp Information

  • Camps are offered to rising K-6th Graders

  • All camps are Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm on campus at JXC

  • All camps are $250 per week

  • All campers must bring a lunch, snack and water bottle daily

Classical Rhetoric and Civic Debate Camp

July 9-10 (Tuesday + Wednesday) from 9am-4pm

On campus at JXC - Riverside

Rising 6th-10th Grade Students

At this two-day camp, students will learn and practice the classical skillset of rhetoric and civic debate. Rising 6th - 10th graders will learn from Flagler College professors and other experts in classical education as they build their skills in persuasive argumentation. Students will get the opportunity to practice debating historical topics related to civics and society. Students will be split in groups based on age. 

*This camp is open to JXC and non-JXC students.
