RIVERSIDE 5TH-11TH GRADE STUDENTS: At Jacksonville Classical Academy, students begin transitioning between classes in fifth grade, a pivotal step in their journey toward greater independence and academic responsibility. To support this transition, we provide individual lockers and locks for students in grades 5th through 11th grade, ensuring they have a secure place for their belongings as they move between classes. Additionally, as students advance in their studies, they are introduced to essential skills such as annotating their literature books - an important practice that deepens comprehension and critical thinking. To facilitate this, our Book and Locker Fee provides students with high-quality textbooks and educational materials designed for active learning.

FORT CAROLINE K-5TH GRADE STUDENTS: All K–5th grade students at the Fort Caroline campus are required to have personal headphones for use during classroom instruction and computer-based testing.  Parents are responsible for a one-time annual headphone fee of $10 to cover the cost. Headphones will be distributed at the start of the school year and kept at school for daily use.

The Riverside 5th-11th grade Book and Locker Fee and the Fort Caroline K-5th grade headphone fee should be paid for all 5th-11th grade students by the first day of school (August 11, 2025).

ALL RIVERSIDE AND FORT CAROLINE STUDENTS: To ensure a smooth start to the school year, we kindly ask that all students bring their required school supplies directly to their classroom during Orientation/Meet Your Teacher.  This allows our teachers to help students organize their materials efficiently and ensures a seamless transition into the academic year.
